A lot of my couples tell me they're awkward in front of the camera, don't know how to pose, or simply don't want every moment of their wedding day to feel staged.

That's exactly why my approach is a mix of gentle direction and genuine moments.

I'll step in when you need guidance - I'll help you know what to do, where to stand, and how to feel comfortable. But I also know when to step back and let the moment happen.

You don't need to become models for the day.

You just need to be yourselves. I'll take care of the rest.

I've been photographing weddings for more than 15 years and have photographed 300+ weddings in Minnesota and beyond.

That's given me a pretty good understanding of how unpredictable wedding days can be.

Timelines change. The weather doesn't cooperate. Hair and makeup takes longer than expected. And throughout any unexpected changes, you'll have me - a photographer who has experienced these things countless times and isn't phased by them at all.

Sometimes the best photographs happen in the moment nobody planned. My 15 years of wedding experience have given me the skill of being able to read a room, anticipate a moment, and understand emotions.

My job isn't just to take beautiful photographs - it's to help keep things moving, make you feel comfortable, solve problems when they pop up, and recognize moments that deserve to be documented.

Before the Wedding

We'll get to know each other, talk through your plans, and figure out what matters most to you.

Your engagement session gives us a chance to spend some time together before the wedding and get comfortable in front of the camera without any wedding-day pressure.

I'll also help you think through your photography timeline and make sure we're setting aside enough time for the photos that matter to you.

You don't have to show up with everything figured out.

On Your Wedding Day

I'll be there to document the big things and the little things.

I'll help guide you through portraits, keep an eye on the timeline, organize family photos, and step in when you need direction.

And when something meaningful happens naturally? I'll be ready for it.

My goal is for you to spend as little time as possible thinking about the camera and as much time as possible being with your people.

After the Wedding

You won't have to wait months to relive your wedding day.

You'll receive sneak peeks the next day, followed by your full wedding gallery within three weeks.

Because I know that after spending months planning your wedding, you're probably pretty excited to see the pictures.
