A Beautiful Mid-September Wedding
I used to work with Laura at the school in which I teach at, so I was beyond excited when she asked me to be her wedding photographer. I could tell right away, on the first night that I met Luke at the Crooked Pint, that their love was authentic and lasting. I couldn't ask for a better couple to photograph.
Lukas and Laura got married near Lukas' family cabin, in the Detroit Lakes area of Minnesota, at Thumper Pond Resort. The ceremony took place right outside by the pond. Following the ceremony, I joined the wedding party (which was full of some really fun people) and the couple to a local bar. Laura's family made the ceremony unique with old family traditions and songs. And Laura never stopped looking absolutely stunning the entire night (Luke looked pretty good too ;) )
