An intimate October wedding

When Cassie and Mattson planned their intimate October wedding, they didn't leave out a single ounce of beauty, class, or elegance. And they did it all just a couple weeks after moving into their new house, and 6 weeks after having their second baby!

Cassie and Mattson had their small ceremony at the Normandale College Japanese Garden - a spot that I've shot at many times. It was amazing to see how they transformed the space for their beautiful ceremony. Prior to her and Mattson's first look, Cassie and I wandered around the garden for bridal portraits - and just look at what a stunning bride she was! I actually asked her if she's ever done modeling because DAMN. And then you put her and Mattson together and bam - supermodel couple :) I love that not only did they rock their more traditional couple portraits, they were also willing to get silly and bring their own fun personalities into their photos.

The newly-weds held their reception at a park shelter in Lebanon Hills, which was surrounded by the gorgeous fall colors in the trees. The beautiful green photo wall added a nice pop of color to the shelter, as did the elegant floral and table decorations in the space. I was again amazed at Cassie and Mattson's ability to transform a simple space into such a gorgeous and classy venue for their wedding.

Congrats again to these two, I wish you a lifetime of happiness!
